Class Order in Tailwind CSS

I feel like I keep forgetting this whenever I tweak the design...
Everything you write in Tailwind CSS is mobile-first.

So, when you use sm:text-base, it applies to all screen sizes at sm and above.
It's the complete opposite of Bootstrap...

Everything you write is applied on mobile by default, and if you use sm:hidden, it will be hidden once the screen reaches sm size or larger (above mobile).

LOL, wait, I already wrote this a few days ago....... I can't believe it....
