Navicat has a table structure comparison and synchronization feature.
In Laravel, when you add fields through database migrations, the proper way would of course be to create a new database PHP file.
But if you simply don't want to do that, you can use structure comparison to apply the migration changes to an empty table on the development server.
In PostgreSQL, sequences are compared too, but you can just leave the sequences as they are!
