After installing Docker, you may run into an issue where external connections do not work. This is because of the firewall.

Turn off the firewall

systemctl status firewalld
systemctl stop firewalld
systemctl disable firewalld

Disable the security settings

sudo setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect 1
sudo setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect_db 1

Entering the commands above in Linux will allow external access.

Of course, there is also a way to disable SELinux itself by setting /etc/selinux/config SELINUX=disabled

but since the commands above alone will solve the problem, you can just enter those commands and use it that way.
