ImageMagick-7.0.7-11-vc15-x64.zip
Download both files.
php_imagick-3.4.3-7.3-ts-vc15-x64 file from the php_imagick.dll folder into the PHP ext folder, C:\xampp\php\ext.C:\xampp\php\php.ini and add extension=php_imagick.dll.ImageMagick-7.0.7-11-vc15-x64\bin folder into the folder containing php.exe (C:\xampp\php).php -m.[PHP Modules]
