Monospaced numerals are said to make all characters the same width.
They’re called Tabular numerals, where only the numbers are made the same width, and are said to be used most often in UIs, prices, counters, and timers.
When displaying numbers, 1 and 9 have different widths, which can make them hard to read in UI/UX where multiple numbers appear together.
If you apply this and display the numbers, they become much easier to read.
I just learned this.
