The files for creating the boot disk (.zip) and rufus-3.10.exe are ready.

Now, run Rufus 3.10.exe, click [Select], choose the ISO file, and then click [Start] to create the boot disk.

But I downloaded a recovery image to factory-reset my Surface, and it turns out I can't use Rufus to make a boot disk with it.. :(
